Eligible volunteers are Lake Zurich School District #95 High School Students (Academically eligible for extracurricular activities.) SNAP-KITS ALL SPORTS PERMISSION for VOLUNTEERS

Special Olympics Forms Anyone interested in Volunteering for Other Special Olympic Events Must submit Either the Class A Volunteer or Volunteer - Minor Form to Special Olympics
